Ingredients

  • 1 SkinGlo collagen sachet
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 cup semi-skimmed milk
  • 1 tbsp strawberries
  • ½ cup greek yoghurt

Directions

  1. Simply blend all the ingredients (excluding SkinGlo sachet) in a high-speed blender until smooth, and voila! Your protein-boosting collagen smoothie is ready.
  2. Shake, tear and stir the SkinGlo collagen sachet into your smoothie and enjoy.

This smoothie should be consumed as soon as made as it can begin to set and become quite moist. So be sure to drink it as soon as you can!

Iced Chocolate Collagen Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 SkinGlo collagen sachet
  • 1 small banana
  • 3 dates / 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • ½ cup ice

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients (excluding SkinGlo sachet) for a minute until smooth.
  2. Shake, tear and stir the SkinGlo collagen sachet into your smoothie and enjoy.
